- About Southwestern Medical Clinic
Dr. Kline graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, and he received his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. Dr. Kline completed his general surgery residency at Detroit Medical Center and Wayne State University, where he served as Chief Administrative Resident. He is an advocate for the underprivileged, and was inspired to become a surgeon following mission trips to both Ecuador and Kenya.
\"I decided to specialize in surgery after serving on a mission trip with my friend’s father who was a missionary surgeon,\" Dr. Kline said. \"I traveled with him to Ecuador to assist him with surgery. I’ve been involved in the medical field for a long time, but it was my experience with this man that introduced me to the surgical field.\"
