Welcome to Southwest Medical Clinic’s Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic! We are committed to providing one-on-one care to each individual. Our therapists spend a minimum 30 minutes with each patient, providing the individualized attention each person should have when recovering from an injury. We utilize a combination of hands-on treatment, comprehensive exercise plans, and most importantly patient education to provide our patients with what they need on the path of their recovery.

Step-down Program
Patients are often encouraged to continue their exercises using our equipment independently at a monthly fee of $25. This service is open to the public at a rate of $35 a month.
