State of the Art Mammotone
To improve our service offerings, we've added the state-of-the-art Mammotome Breast
Biopsy System for ultrasound-guided breast biopsies. This minimally invasive device
is used to biopsy suspicious lesions and/or to manage benign palpable breast lesions.
This service is an alternative to open surgical biopsy. The procedure can be performed
in the office and typically takes less than half an hour. Our surgeons are the only
providers in the area offering this type of procedure in the office. To find out
more about a Mammotome biopsy, please call (269) 429-0900.
